Music Ministers:

The schedules for summer Masses are now published.

8 and 9:30 Mass music is listed for the entire summer.

5 and 11:30 Masses are listed for one month each.

Each schedule is downloadable in .pdf format.

Remember these principles of organization:

• Position this music list at the front of your folder.

• Keep the bold-faced items in chronological order.

• As new music is passed out, simply put it in your folder where it belongs chronologically.

• Double-check to see that an item isn’t being repeated before turning it in.

• If the folders get too heavy to hold for a rehearsal or service, take the later

chronologically-ordered music out and set it aside, all the while keeping it in order.

• Place descants and arrangements in your hymnals prior to the liturgies at which they will

be sung.

• Do all this before and after (and not during) rehearsals and liturgies.
