Here's what we discussed:

Steve worked on the menu structure and it's now similar to the current web site menu. Doug created several pages. We added links to portions of the original site that have not yet been moved to drupal.

We missed Greg and Brett's presence at the meeting since we need to check the current status of the drupal web site and determine what work needs to be done. We discussed the plan to move to the drupal web site and determined several questions to be resolved:

1) How can we upload files greater than 1 Mb so that the Bulletin can be uploaded?

2) Are there options to bring up pages in a new window if desired?

3) How do we set permissions so that anyone can see certain pages?

4) Doug noted that iframes did not work.

5) How will articles such as From Father Mark or Current Events work? Will we be able to enter an article and then set the start date and stop date for the article like the current CMS?

6) We need to set the final look and feel for the new site.

7) When we switch to the new drupal site, we assume that it will refered to by www.stjohnwc.org. Where will the original content that we are still using be located? Will the web links change? Also when we go from the drupal site to the original site, we will probably need links to go back to the drupal site. It's not clear how this will work.

8) How can we help finish the work to transition to the drupal web site?

The next meeting is Monday, July 10th at 7:15 PM. Again, we plan to check our progress on the development on the website and hopefully select a target launch date. Kathy will not be able to make the meeting since it's her 35th wedding anniversary. Happy Anniversary, Kathy!
