Attendees: Debbie, Brett, Dan, Steve

• Prior to the meeting, Greg Grewe had sent an email resigning from the committee. We thank Greg for his super work on the committee and for the parish in general. Greg will be missed. We miss him the best. 
• The Forums page on the current web site has had thousands of inappropriate messages posted. Debbie had removed the link and at the meeting, we turned off the forums. Eventually, we'll need to work with the Drupal forums.
• We had a long discussion about the organization of the new web site and decided to try to utilize books for each section in the web site instead of the "sections" that Brett had setup. This should be easier. Steve, Dan, and Debbie are going to work to convert all of the Parish Info, Organizations, Ministries, etc to the book format.  Dan is going to move the Peace and Justice section. Steve will work on the Parish info section. The web forms need to be converted too. The Space Request forms have already been converted. Any assistance with this task is welcome. We'd like to have each different set of pages be a separate book.
• We looked at the Staff Directory again. Dan will go into the images and remove the text listing the duties and move that into to individual book pages for the staff. 
• Dan reported that he had posted the Boosters update to the current and old web site.
• Brett is going focus on the new Home Page and interactive portions of the web site: Calendar, Current Events, From Father Mark, Meeting Minutes, and the Daily Readings links.
• There has been a problem with the upload of the Parish Calendar. Even though some items have been marked to not be published, they still are showing up. We'll need to figure that out.
• There is concern that we might have trouble with the next Ministers Schedule. Debbie is going to talk to Sandy Kelly to learn more about how this has been working. We should try to work this out so that there is not a problem when the next schedule is due. We should also investigate the drupal modules to see if a scheduling module is available.
• The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, October 16. This conflicts with Generations of Faith so we are going to try to reschedule for Tuesday, October 10th at 7:15 PM in Undercroft E. We hope to have made major progress with the new web site.
