To request a space for a meeting, please fill out this form completely.

We do not schedule meetings when the office  is closed or during Generations of Faith  or Holy Week (Jan 18, Feb 8-9, Feb 15, Mar 28-Apr 6, May 31, Jul 4). 

For rentals, you MUST contact the parish office.

(Rentals are available to parishoniers who have been registered for at least one year and are only for certain types of events.)

The completed form will be submitted to Martha Era. Failure to submit a Space Request will result in NO meeting space. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
