The Eucharist: Sacred Meal, Sacrifice, Real Presence
Two options: Mondays, from 7 – 8:15 p.m. on these dates: Jan. 14 (HR), Jan. 28 (HR), and Feb. 4 (CHA) OR Tuesdays from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m. in the Hospitality Room on these dates: Jan. 8, 15, 22, and 29. Pick the date that best fits your schedule.
Bishop Barron offers inspiring insights into the mystery of Christ’s presence in our lives and the centrality of the Eucharist as an important part of that presence. So many believers do not understand the Eucharist, which Vatican II said is the “source and summit of the Christian life.” This fresh look at the Eucharist brings to light its reality as sacred meal, the sacrifice necessary for communion with God, and the Real Presence of Christ. Each meeting allows 25 minutes for viewing the video, plus 45 minutes for discussion of it. This series will be offered twice weekly (see above). Pick the day and time that best fits your schedule.
