There will be a Liturgical Ministers' Retreat on Saturday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to noon in Favret Hall. All—the altar attendants, sacristans, hospitality ministers, Eucharistic ministers, and lectors—play an important role in Mass. Each year 5 of the 15 members of our Pastoral Council are voted in for a 3-year term. This year’s election weekend will be May 17 and 18.
You can email nominations to PastoralCouncil@stjohnwc.org. The election chair on our Council will call everyone nominated to help them discern if they are interested in running for office. Please prayerfully consider nominating yourself or someone you know to serve our parish.
